Shipping Information within Australia:
To calculate shipping costs simply add items to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout where shipping costs will be displayed without placing an order.

International Shipping:
Additional charges will apply for international shipping.

NON-PERSONALIZED STATIONERY AND WEDDING ACCESSORIES
Your order will be processed and dispatched in 1 - 5 business days. Please allow 2 - 6 business days for your order to be in transit. As we are an importer/wholesaler your order may be shipped direct from the manufacturer and may arrive in separate shipments to ensure you receive all items as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

PERSONALIZED WEDDING INVITATIONS AND STATIONERY
Personalized stationery items are created just for you and we pride ourselves on your 100% satisfaction. The following steps will be taken to ensure you absolutely love your wedding invitations.

Step 1:-
You will receive an e-proof within 1 - 2 business days of us receiving your order and payment. This allows you to check the text and layout of your invitations and stationery and make any changes you require.

Step 2:-
Make and submit any changes you have as carefully as possible as each additional change will inevitably slow down the process.

Step 3:-
When you are 100% happy with your wedding stationery proof please advise us to ‘go to print’ and we will dispatch your stationery within 10 business days of your final proof approval unless a priority printing service is ordered.

Invitation & Stationery Refund Policy

Cancellations: -
Invitation and orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch and only at the discretion of Swish Invites management. Invitation and stationery cancellations accepted by management within 24 business hours of placing your order will be subject to a 10% administration and handling fee. After 24 hours a fee of 20% will apply. Once the e-proof has been issued a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If a physical proof has been received no refund is available due to the posibility of duplication.

Invitation & Stationery General Refunds: -
Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. We recommend our customers choose carefully as there is no refund on custom printed and or personalized stationery. Samples are available to ensure correct choice.

Invitation & Stationery Incorrect Printing:-
If there is a mistake in you printing please let us know immediately. We will then check the final proof approval if the error is not in the final proof we will reprint your stationery at our cost. If the error has been approved by you in the final proof we will reprint at your cost.

NON Personalized Exchanges:-
We want you to be 100% happy so if you've changed your mind about a size/colour/item you’re are welcome to return to us for an exchange for another size/colour/item if still in original/sealed condition. Here's what you do, first, you contact us and let us know then simply place a new order for the items you want. Second, you return the items you want to exchange. (no refund or reimbursement on postage). Returnable items must be received by us within 7 business days from the date your original order was delivered.

NON Personalized Refunds:-
If you don’t love it return it for a full refund on the item (no refund or reimbursement on postage). If you would like to return your item simply contact us then ship the item back to us as received 7 business days from the date your order was delivered. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it needs to be returned in the same way. Unfortunately used items are not resalable, and therefore, can’t be accepted for refunds if returned. No refunds will be offered for orders received past 7 business days or on items which have been previously exchanged due to a change of mind. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it's expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resalable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned. No refunds will be offered for orders past 7 business days, unfortunately. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable. All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such commodities.

**Refunds and exchanges are not available on personalized or custom printed items unless an incorrect order is received.
